We work closely with key Indie Music Stores across the country to come up with our list of featured artists each month.

• What are Indie Store Exclusives?

Indie Store Exclusives are great CDs that you will find only in Indie Music Stores. Some of these CDs have actually been recorded at the store during a live in-store performance by the band. They are not bootlegs, however. They have been mastered with the bands approval.

• What makes Indie Store Radio different from all other internet radio stations?

At Indie Store Radio you will hear the music that is being sold at Indie Music Stores across the country. We don't use charts and spreadsheets to decide what to play. Your purchases at Indie Stores drive our play list.

• Can I purchase music from Indie Store Radio?

Absolutely! The ability to purchase music online while giving credit for the sale to your local indie music store was one of the driving forces behind the creation of Indie Store Radio. Anytime you hear music you like, you can click on it and buy it. Currently, you can shop at over 50 Indie Stores that have on-line shopping carts. A simple zip code search will find the retailers closest to you.

• Can I make special requests?

Yes! Simply click on "Submit a Request" on our homepage and make your selection from our playlist. You can make up to three special requests each hour.
